Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by White Label Local SEO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of Services

White Label Local SEO provides white label local search engine optimization services to digital marketing agencies, web design firms, and marketing consultants. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Citation building and cleanup
  • Local link building
  • Geo-targeted content creation
  • White label reporting

Partner Eligibility

Our services are designed for business-to-business relationships. By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are a registered business entity
  • You have the authority to enter into these Terms
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes

White Label Agreement

We provide our services on a white label basis. This means:

  • All reports and deliverables will be unbranded or branded with your agency's identity
  • We will not contact your end clients directly unless explicitly authorized
  • You may resell our services under your own brand name
  • You are responsible for your relationship with your end clients

Service Guarantees

90-Day Map Pack Guarantee

Our 90-Day Map Pack Improvement Guarantee applies to qualifying local SEO campaigns. If measurable improvement in Map Pack rankings is not achieved within 90 days:

  • We will continue working on the campaign at no additional cost
  • Additional services will be provided until results are achieved
  • Guarantee is subject to client providing necessary access and cooperation

This guarantee does not apply to situations where ranking improvements are prevented by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: Google algorithm changes, client business closure, guideline violations by the client, or failure to provide required access.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing is provided on a per-project or retainer basis as agreed
  • Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the partnership. This includes:

  • Business processes and methodologies
  • Client information and data
  • Pricing and commercial terms
  • Any information marked as confidential

Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for your clients becomes their property upon full payment. However:

  • Our methodologies, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property
  • Generic templates and frameworks may be reused across clients
  • You may not reverse engineer our proprietary systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or business outcomes
  • We are not responsible for losses due to third-party actions (including Google)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false information about your business or clients
  • Engage in activities that violate Google's guidelines
  • Resell our services claiming them as entirely your own internal work
  • Attempt to circumvent our systems or processes

Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due immediately
  • We will provide reasonable transition assistance
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
